Since the establishment of Taipei Cultural Industries Commission (TCIC) in 2004, it has been long provided its professional consultation and recommendation for local cultural industry policy. In regards to planning cultural policy and execution, TCIC hasfunctioned well. Ever since the founding of Taipei Film Commission, it has receive accolade from at home and abroad for its business on single window service and Cross-Department Coordination. In reference to its structure, TCIC has underwent reorganisation, setting up Taipei Cultural Industries Commission Professional Service Unit under Taipei Culture Foundation , solely in charge of cultural industry assistance .
